Edit: customer service reached out to me and remedied the situation with a different toy, no return needed. They were absolutely fantastic to communicate with!Original review: Kid finds it fun. Unfortunately the app is so out of date the Google Play Store (android) won’t even let you install it anymore. So you can only use the physical remote it came with. The function is pretty limited and the word “programmable” is used pretty loosely. You send forward, turn, backward commands in an order and it will repeat them. But overall it’s ok for young kids. I would only buy it on sale though.

Lots of fun! Even works on carpet
My daughter had long been asking for her own robot that she could control and this really meets the mark. It’s very stable and durable with the ability to entertain the kids for hours. It works great on hard floors and also works well on carpet as long as it’s not too thick. Fun for kids aged 3+ years old

Perfect for my 3 year old.
Got this for my son’s 3rd birthday. It works really well, no issue with it falling over on walk mode. My son loves the demo which makes it dance. The expressions and noises are great. Exactly what I was looking for for his age group.

Support is great
The first one came in but wouldn’t stay upright. However I contacted their support team and sent a short video and got a response and had a replacement shipped out all within a day of figuring out it didn’t stand. Happy with the support and excited for the new one to come in.

Great hit with the kids
Great Toy Robot for a girl. I got it for my niece and she loves it. I got my son one as well they move and sing and dance and it’s like having a playmate that they can control.
