Good STEM toy
This is a present for my daughter. The robot dog is well packaged and delivered on time. It comes with rechargeable battery, charged by usb-c, which is convenient. You do need 3 aaa batteries for the remote.Buttons with multiple functions make it fun for kids to play with. I have not tried to use the app yet, but it seems supporting customizable actions. Expect to try it out!Sounds are loud and clear. It is solid build. Overall a good STEM toy for kids 7 and above.

Gears grind. Motor doesn’t work.
One of the powered wheels doesn’t work, and the gears in the legs grind constantly. It seemed awesome when new out of the box, but started failing after about an hour of use. Didn’t even make it through one battery before it failed.Going to try exchanging it to see if we will have more luck.
